At The Studio on Main, we strive to provide the highest quality fitness experience through professional and motivational coaching delivering great customer service, as well as exciting and versatile classes while promoting health and wellness in the community. Our top priority is to provide the best customer service and experience in the area and provide the most modern exercises, routines, music, and equipment.  All classes offered can be modified to adapt to your own level of difficulty and to fit your specific fitness needs.  Our certified instructors will continue to promote client success in meeting your fitness goals and celebrating your accomplishments while obtaining new goals to reach.  Our top priority at The Studio on Main is to provide optimal and effective life-changing fitness opportunities that help you feel empowered and accomplished. It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to take it to the next level. YOGA

All levels ages 15+ with a $5 drop-in fee

This is a slow stretching, strengthening, and balancing Hatha-style yoga to calming music for better health, fitness and stress relief. Yoga mats, bands, blankets, and blocks are provided. You are also welcome to bring your own.

INFERNO HOT PILATES

All levels ages 15+ with a $10 drop-in fee

This class is a full body, low impact, high-intensity workout using Pilates principles.  Designed for ALL fitness levels, Hot Pilates combines breath work, cardio, and Tabata (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) to create long, lean muscle mass, boost metabolism, and increases fitness levels.  Class will be held at room temperature.  All you need is a yoga mat which is provided!

BARRE

All levels ages 15+ with a $5 drop-in fee

BARRE is a high-intensity, multi-repetitious, full body toning, sculpting, and strengthening exercise class that works abs, arms, legs, and glutes, while incorporating stretching periodically throughout the workout.  During the class, a bar is used for support while exercising, as well as yoga mats and small weights are optional (both provided).  Resistance bands are also used if desired and can be purchased for $5. Small weights 4 lbs or under are used for muscular endurance and definition.  BARRE is not designed to build large, bulky muscles.  A sculpted and toned body is achieved through multiple repetitions for a longer period of time with short rests between.  BARRE is intended to lift, sculpt, and achieve a toned figure instead of enlarged muscles or a “bulky look.”

BARRE LOW-INTENSITY

Ages 15+ with a $5 drop-in fee

This class is a low-intensity version of BARRE with the same overall structure.  This class offers less repetitions and more stretching throughout the workout.  BARRE Low-Intensity focuses on abs, arms, legs, and glutes using yoga mats, chairs, small weights, resistance bands (optional for $5) and the bar for support while exercising.  This class is for anyone who is uncomfortable getting up and down from the floor.

ZUMBA

All levels ages 15+ with a $5 drop-in fee

Strobe lights, groovin’ music, and dim lighting...this class is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness class.  The cardio-induced dance routines will get our blood pumping and work all your muscles.

DANCE2FIT

All levels ages 15+ with a $5 drop-in fee

With strobe lights and dim lighting, this class offers a fun, energetic, high-intensity workout.  Dance2Fit uses various types of popular hip-hop music to create an aggressive yet rewarding full body workout.  All of our Dance2Fit workouts take place in an encouraging and positive environment.

Our Pay Per Class membership option gives our members the flexibility to use the facilities and attend classes at the time and location of their choosing. Our Pay Per Class pricing is simple, straightforward, and competitive with other gym memberships.  At The Studio, we offer $5 drop-in rates.

MONTHLY PACKAGE

$50

Once you select your Monthly Package membership, feel free to get started exercising immediately! The MONTHLY membership rate is $50 (can save you $25!). This package includes one specific adult class of your choice monthly. The Studio on Main also provides convenient payment plan options to accommodate every financial situation. UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP

$80

This is our most popular membership category, providing flexibility for people on the go. It comes with no pesky extra fees, so you can get started exercising without any worries.  The UNLIMITED membership rate is $80 (saves you $200!). This package includes unlimited access of ALL adult classes monthly.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Water with a lid  

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before scheduled class time

  • Wearing socks is encouraged, however, you may go barefoot.  All exercise equipment, including yoga mats and weights, are cleaned thoroughly after each use
